Eat less, move more is an outdated model that doesn't work and has never worked. For one, it only addresses a small piece of the puzzle and two, killing yourself at the gym only serves to put more stress on the body, leading it to hang onto fat. Exercise does have numerous benefits and it's extremely beneficial to your overall health and well-being but it is not a weight-loss vehicle. This is why during your reset, I encourage gentle body movement instead.
